SICK LEAVE BANK

Please note that the Faculty Sick Leave Bank policy has changed. As of December 1, 2005 all faculty members and librarians will be automatically enrolled in the Bank regardless of hire date.

If you would like to contribute additional days or you would like to opt out of the Bank, print a copy of the sick leave bank form , and return it to Maureen Pelton in Human Resources (7-5161). This form is also available at the FSU office.
