    • Janelle Quarles for ESPS board of directors – nomination papers
    • Arthur McEwan – running to be on PRIM mass state pension system governing board

  • Website & logo
    • Moving to MTA-supported site
    • New site is up and running
    • Old site is still up but not being upgraded (security)
    • Lorenzo is downloading wordpress pages as word files
    • Need to decide which files to carry over
      • Also which to just add to archives (Andrew is talking to Jessica about this)

    • Folks should look at site and figure out what to keep – maybe start fresh
    • Put announcement about new site in Nuts And Bolts
  • LUCE-related conversation with Amanda Achin
    • Organize trainings on campus
      • 2 in person (a MWF and a TuTh)
      • 1 on line
    • Put out signs and ‘know your rights’ cards
  • Discussion of meetings with provost about international faculty and ICE
    • Specific ask for official “private area” signs
  • Logo – we have chosen a few for different contexts
    • Voted unanimously to use the logo created by MTA “with the hand”
  • Annual meeting 4/16 11-1
  • Budget – need to communicate it for the vote at annual meeting
    • Draft budget is being prepared and will be presented to ExComm
  • Residence hall flood update
    • Students still are in need of lots of things (clothes, housing, transportation, etc) – slack from professors
    • What can FSU do?
      • Demand of admin
        • Send List of who’s affected to all faculty
        • Clear accounting to show that they know where all affected students are
      • Press release?
      • If mass media is doing an article, try to get them to interview us
  • GIC update – they moved vote to 2/26 – but it’s not clear which is the best option.
