REMINDER: FSU Annual Meeting, TODAY April 25th 3:30 – 5PM

Dear FSU member,  

We want to remind you that the FSU Annual Meeting will be TODAY, Tuesday, April 25^th from 3:30PM to 5:00PM. The meeting will be held virtually:  (contact FSU or Caroline Coscia for Zoom information).

The Annual Meeting is held for the purpose of hearing committee reports, to be updated on FSU activities, to adopt an annual budget inclusive of establishing dues rates, to adopt bylaws, and to hear other business as needed (source: FSU policies).  Organizations such as unions are required to hold an annual meeting.

FSU Budget Adoption  

(contact the FSU office for a copy of the proposed budget).  The FSU Executive Committee voted to recommend this budget to the annual meeting for membership adoption. Details on various line items can be found in the April 10^th Nuts & Bolts.    

Course Releases and Stipends 

According to FSU policy (check under Financials), FSU members are to be informed of all course releases, Admin paid stipends, and FSU paid stipends granted to FSU officers and/or members. (contact the FSU office for a copy of the proposed document).
