We write to inform you of a change of date for our upcoming workshop.

Say NO to “resilience” and YES to "resistance” with Andrew Leong on November 12th at 12pm

UMB Philosophy professor and attorney Andrew Leong is following up his Spring 2025 'Know Your Rights' workshop. This workshop offers information, observations, and examples about how we can and should resist, individually and collectively, the rising threat of authoritarianism.

The Point: Take action with MTA to preserve funding for higher education workers and students!

FSU Calendar Oct 20th to 24th

Wednesday, October 22nd FSU Executive Committee Meeting 3:30PM to 5:00PM. Open meeting begins at approximately 4:15PM.  

Executive Committee meetings are open to all members in good standing. The meetings tend to be a mix of routine, keep-the-trains-running, agenda items along with more substantive discussion about the larger issues facing faculty and librarians.
