The Freedom Foundation, a Koch-funded anti-union organization, is behind this campaign and others like it happening around the country.

The Freedom Foundation is bankrolled by billionaires eager to shrink public spending on education, health care, and social services.

Dear Faculty and Librarians,

On Monday, MTA received notification that Governor Healey withdrew her request to shift 100 million in healthcare costs (higher co-pays, deductibles, and premiums) from the Commonwealth onto us. 

Why did this happen?  FSU and other MTA union members who sent numerous emails and made telephone calls.  Thank you to all who took action.
